Please note: Trip charges may apply. Unless property prep is selected, the client is responsible for ensuring the home is photo ready.
We do ask that sellers step out for the entire session.
-Trip Charge $35 (anything over 45 minutes from Forest City, NC)
-Trip Charge $50 (over 1.5 hours from Forest City, NC​​​​​

What areas do you cover? I cover all of Western North Carolina and Upstate SC. Trip fees apply.
What is the usual turnaround time? I can typically return photos within 48 hours, most often around 24 hours.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? You can reach out via text or email any time you need to reschedule for any reason. For appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hour from appointment a $50 fee will be applied. For appointments rescheduled within 2 hours or after arrival a 50% fee will apply.
